Integrated Medical Equipment & Patient Support Coordination
SSS3 Protective Care Nursing & Therapy Services supports continuity of care through coordinated clinical services and patient-support solutions. As part of our integrated care model, we assist active patients and families with identifying, coordinating, and supporting medically necessary equipment and supplies connected to individualized care plans and clinical services.
This is intended to reflect our patient-centered ecosystem approach and avoid language that presents us as a public retail medical supply company while still accurately representing our continuum-of-care capabilities.

CONTINUUM OF CARE MODEL
SSS3 Protective Care Nursing & Therapy Services follows a continuum of care model designed to support patients and families through multiple stages of healthcare need — from maternal and postpartum support, to pediatric specialty care, skilled nursing, therapy services, adult care, senior care, DME support, and coordinated community-based care.
Our goal is to help families feel supported, informed, and cared for during difficult transitions by reducing gaps in care and helping patients safely transition between hospital discharge, home care, provider follow-up, rehabilitation support, equipment needs, and long-term care management.
We believe compassionate care extends beyond clinical services. It includes communication, advocacy, continuity, emotional support, and helping families feel they are not navigating these challenges alone.
